  4. either you are well or you are sick.
  5.    If you are well then there is nothing to worry about.
  6.      But if you are sick, there are two things to worry about
  7.      either you will get well or you will die.
  8.         If you get well there is nothing to worry about.
  9.            If you die, there are only two things to worry about
  10.            either you will go to heaven or to hell.
  11.               If you go to heaven,
  12.               there is nothing to worry about
  13.                  But if you go to hell
  14.                  you will be so damn busy shaking hands with friends
  15.                  you won't have time to worry!
